After an awful previous experience dealing with stores to obtain a bed (inferior wrong mattress delivered). I searched for a reputable bedding company and came across Happy Beds, after looking at their 8000+ reviews called them. What a great experience from the initial call with the sales lady, explaining my bad previous experience, to the advice given. Ordered a 3000-pocket sprung mattress for my daughter who suffers from back pain after a horse-riding accident. Communication was clear, concise and very helpful. Delivery was prompt and am utterly impressed with the quality of the mattress…well done Happy Beds!!! My daughter now sleeps soundly, and is so much happier as a person…sounds daft…but this mattress has literally changed my daughter. THREE GOOD EXPERIENCES

I’ve ordered 3 times from this company, twice a bed frame and once a mattress. Each time I have found their service and product quality to be really good, particularly at the value prices they offer. My heart sank slightly when I tried to find a number to call to make a change to one order and all I could find was a web contact form. However, I received a full and helpful reply to this within 24 hours. The same good experience on my most recent order when I wanted to push the delivery date back by a day – I sent a message via the contact form and received a helpful confirmation from Jack the following morning. I will certainly order from this company again and would recommend them to friends.
